("Company", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the Blackjack AI application (the "Software") and the related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in this Policy. This Policy is incorporated into and is subject to the Blackjack AI Terms of Service.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information to provide a seamless gameplay experience and improve our Service.
Device & Usage Information: IP address, device identifiers (IDFA, GAID), OS version, hardware model, language settings, and gameplay logs (session duration, feature usage, crash reports).
Personal Information: Platform account identifiers (Apple ID, Google ID), transaction identifiers/receipts (we do not store full credit card numbers), and information provided to Customer Support.
Location Data: Approximate location derived from IP addresses for regional service optimization.
3. Third-Party SDKs and Analytics
To improve performance and serve advertisements, we use third-party Service Providers. These partners may collect data via SDKs according to their own policies:

Deletion: You may request account deletion at any time by typing "Delete my account." within the "Support" screen in the App's "Settings" menu, or by contacting help@4tune3.com.
Process: Once requested, the process may take up to 7 days. You may cancel your request within 5 days of submission. After the deletion is complete, your data (purchases and achievements) cannot be recovered.

8. Age Requirement & Child Privacy
